    1. Accepting 2021 Metropolitan Council Livable Communities Demonstration Account (LCDA) Development grants in the amount of $1,907,000 for the Northrup King Residential project at 1500 Jackson St NE, $1,500,000 for the Simpson Community Shelter and Apartments project at 2730-2740 1st Ave S, and $314,700 for the Plymouth Avenue Apartments project at 2309 Plymouth Ave N and 1254 Russell Ave N.

    2. Accepting 2021 Metropolitan Council Livable Communities Demonstration Account-Transit Oriented Development (LCDA-TOD) Development grants in the amount of $1,500,000 for the Wadaag Commons/Focus Arts project at 2115 and 2213 Snelling Ave and $500,000 for the 3030 Nicollet Ave project at 3030 Nicollet Ave S.

    3. Accepting 2021 Metropolitan Council Local Housing Incentive Account (LHIA) grants in the amount of $1,400,000 for the Minneapolis Public Housing Authority Family Housing Expansion project on sites scattered throughout the City and $1,250,000 for the Currie Commons project at 187 Humboldt Ave N.

Authorizing agreements to implement the LCDA, LCDA-TOD, and LHIA grants with the Metropolitan Council, ArtSpace Inc., Project for Pride in Living, Simpson Housing, Wadaag Commons LP, Seward Redesign, Matrix Development, Minneapolis Public Housing Authority, Wellington Management, or related entities.

    1. Authorizing a contract with Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid or its designee in the amount of up to $1,250,000 to provide coordinated legal services and housing stability outreach support to low-income Minneapolis renters.

    2. Authorizing three, one-year extensions to the term of the contract through years 2024, 2025, and 2026, and authorizing four annual increases to the total contract award in years 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026, in amounts not to exceed $250,000 per year, subject to budget appropriations and approval of the Director of the Community Planning & Economic Development Department of annual satisfactory performance.
