    1. Passage of Resolution authorizing preliminary and final approval of the issuance of Tax-Exempt and Taxable Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds in an amount not to exceed $30,000,000 for the Malcolm Yards Affordable Housing project.

    2. Approving an additional Affordable Housing Trust Fund loan of up to $150,000 for the Malcolm Yards Affordable Housing project located at 495 Malcolm Ave SE to Malcolm Yards Housing, LP or its affiliated entity.

    2. Authorizing a grant agreement with the Minneapolis Public Housing Authority in the amount of $1,150,000, which is an increase of $150,000, for the installation of sprinkler systems at four high-rise buildings.
