    1. Approving a revision to the program guidelines for the 4d Affordable Housing Incentive Program which would allow single family rental homes to be enrolled in the 4d program. 

    2. Authorizing a release of a 4D Declaration on a single family home if the buyer is either a current tenant, or has an income at or below 80% of Area Median Income (AMI), and also signs an affidavit that says they will occupy the home as their primary residence.
