    1. Approving an amendment to the 2019 Annual Risk-Based Integrated Audit Plan to:

      1. Propose adding three-phase special project to address Covid-19 impact.
      2. Propose reordering audit plan to change starting dates for future audits not related to Covid-19.
      3. Propose splitting Data Governance and Cybersecurity audit into two parts to include a phased approach.
